Grounded AI · Telegram

Stop answering the same questions. Let your documents do it.

ForstrAI is a chatbot that answers from your own material. Your handbook, your proposals, your spec sheets, your website. It lives in Telegram, where your team and your customers already are, so nobody has to learn a new tool to ask a question.

It answers from what you gave it, and nothing else. When your material does not cover a question, it says so, rather than inventing something that sounds right.

The same twenty questions, asked by different people

Every business has a short list of questions that get asked over and over. What is included. What does it cost. How long does it take. What happens if something breaks. The answers already exist, written down carefully, in a proposal or a handbook or a page on your site. They are just never where the question gets asked, so somebody answers from memory instead, and the answer drifts.

Your material in, answers out, inside Telegram
1

Give it your material

Upload the documents you already have, or point it at your website and it reads the pages for you.

2

We set the voice

Each client gets its own persona, so answers come back sounding like your business rather than like a generic assistant.

3

It joins your chat

Bound to the Telegram group or conversation where those questions already get asked. Nothing new to install.

4

People ask

Answers come back drawn from your own material, with a clean "not covered" when it genuinely is not in there.

Honest about the AI: it answers from the material you gave it. It is not trained on your data and it does not quietly learn over time. Change a document and the answers change with it, which is the whole point. You stay in control of what it can say by controlling what it has read.
A general chatbot will answer. That is the problem.

Ask a general assistant about your warranty terms and it will produce a confident, fluent, entirely invented answer, because it has no idea what your terms are and nothing telling it to stop. Here is the same question, asked twice.

A general chatbot
"What is your warranty period?"

"Our standard warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use."

Fluent. Confident. Made up.
ForstrAI
"What is your warranty period?"

Answers from your actual warranty document, in your wording. If warranty terms were never part of the material it was given, it says the material does not cover that and points the person to a human.

Grounded, or honest about not knowing.
Small things that decide whether people keep using it

It greets first

Someone new in the chat gets a short introduction saying what it can help with, rather than silence and a guess at how to start.

It catches the booking

When a question turns into "can we talk" or "send me a quote", it takes the details instead of letting the thread go cold.

It reads your site

Point it at a domain and it ingests the pages, staying on that domain and within a page limit you set, so it never wanders off.

It stays in scope

Questions outside your material get a clean refusal. A chatbot that guesses once is a chatbot nobody trusts twice.
